In Soul Tending Workshops we hold sacred the quiet, untamed spaces within—the places where our truest selves wait patiently to be seen, heard, and honored.  During our time together we hold space to connect with our inner selves through a process of art collage and inquiry in community using powerful creative techniques developed by Seena B. Frost, the creator of SoulCollage®.  

What is SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage® is a creative and expressive therapeutic process that uses collage-making as a way to explore the inner self, access personal wisdom, and connect with the unconscious mind.
At its core, SoulCollage® is:

• A personal growth tool: You create your own deck of unique collage cards using found images (from magazines, photos, etc.). Each card represents a different aspect of your inner world—such as parts of your personality, archetypes, guides, or even your shadow self.
  
• A dialogue with the self: After creating a card, you use journaling or a simple process called "I Am One Who…" to give voice to the image and uncover what it represents in your life. This helps bring unconscious insights into conscious awareness.
  
• Intuitively inspired by Jungian theory: SoulCollage® draws on Carl Jung's ideas of archetypes, the shadow, the collective unconscious, and the process of individuation (becoming your true self).  Rather than planning or overthinking, you let images "choose you," trusting your instincts.
  
• A sacred practice: Many view it as a spiritual or soul-tending ritual, one that helps them stay in touch with their inner guidance and life purpose.
